LTT are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant or Team Leader with aspirations to play an integral part in growing and developing a new team of recruiters and taking on the large corporate companies.5 years ago LTT were working from the directors living rooms, googling schools and registering candidates in coffee shops.

Having developed a model to successfully open a new branch in a highly competitive market, The company has steep growth plans to open a new branch each year for the next 5 years.This role will develop fast. Your job for the first year will be to lead by example and juggle billing with supporting trainee consultants. You will have support from head office for compliance, internal recruitment, HR and day to day operations.
You will have a career development plan from day one and as the branch grows there will be opportunities to reduce your billing responsibilities and take on more leadership responsibilities.You will need to have a successful track record of Education recruitment and ideally.
