This role will develop fast. Your job for the first year will be to lead by example and juggle billing with supporting trainee consultants. You will have support from head office for compliance, internal recruitment, HR and day to day operations. You will have a career development plan from day one and as the branch grows there will be opportunities to reduce your billing responsibilities and take on more leadership responsibilities.
You will need to have a successful track record of Education recruitment and ideally. You will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving these successful habits and behaviours in the branch.
