A reputable Secondary school in Swindon is looking for an experienced educator to join their team as a general Cover Teacher. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work arrangements, to step into the teaching when they are needed.

No day will be the same in this role as you will be covering a range of subjects, from Science to English and PE. We need a flexible teacher with over 3 years of experience in UK schools to take on this exciting challenge. You will be supervising students, keeping them on track with learning and ensuring their behaviour is managed.
Planning and marking are not a part of this role, however being able to lead large groups of students effectively is essential. Being able to build quick rapport with pupils and show authority without being heavy handed will be your priority.
