Immediate start for a full-time SEN 1:1 TA role in Evesham. Role requirements:

  • Experience in SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant roles and/or pastoral care.
  • Knowledge of behavioural management and any other additional SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of support/intervention programmes for SEND.
  • Patience.
  • Nurturing and kind mindset.
  • Flexibility.
  • Previous experience with SEN.
  • Compassionate and proactive.
  • Successful experience working with children.
  • Passion for inclusive education.
