I'm working on behalf of a lovely special school that is looking for an Early Years SEND LSA to support in their Early Years class on either a full-time or part-time basis from January. The school looks after an incredibly wide range of special needs and disabilities. They are well established in the area and are proud of the important work they do for families.
The gaps the school have currently are within their Early Years hub. Though the needs of the students can be quite complex, the school is open to applications from candidates with Nursery experience looking to gain more SEN experience. They need people who are used to a fast-paced environment, are adaptable, hard-working, calm, and confident in managing challenging situations.
