A fantastic special school is looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join the team ideally for an immediate start. The school caters for a wide range of special needs and disabilities for ages 4-16. The role involves working with a KS2 class of Complex Needs students, so experience with Complex Needs (SLD, ASD) is essential. You will be working closely with 3 other permanent TA's in a rewarding environment.
The most important traits for the school are being proactive, patient, calm, positive, and confident in deescalating challenging behaviour.
