We work closely with a unique special school based in Cheltenham that is looking for a TA to join them immediately. The school caters to students aged 2-10 with SEMH and other special needs. Our previous placements have highlighted the supportive environment provided by the staff.
The role: The role of TA will involve providing general support to the teacher, which can be quite varied due to the ages of the students. Experience in working with special needs and disabilities, particularly with SEMH, is essential. Candidates must be confident in managing challenging behaviour and possess qualities such as patience, positivity, flexibility, and trustworthiness.
