About the role:

We are recruiting for a number of TA roles in and around Bristol. We are looking to recruit someone on a full time basis, 8:30am - 3:30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are interested in getting involved with education and you have experience working with children.

What the client is looking for:

  • As a learning support worker, you will help children to understand instructions.
  • Ensuring pupils feel comfortable and confident in their own abilities.
  • You will help with school work under the supervision of the teacher, prepare learning materials, carry out a child's care plan, encourage children to communicate, and support children during social activities and outings.

We are looking for someone who is kind and caring and able to adapt to the changeable environment of working in a school. You don’t need to have direct experience working within a school but if you have a genuine passion for working with children and relevant experience, please don’t hesitate to contact the team.
