Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning whilst demonstrating and promoting positive values, attitudes and behaviours.
- Support the class teacher by working with individuals or small groups.
- Prepare the classroom as directed for lessons.
- Keep aware of pupil problems, progress and achievements to report to the teacher.
A successful candidate will have a passion for education with a strong commitment to the personal development of pupils. Past experience of working in a Primary School as a Teaching Assistant will be required, those with experience at KS2 level will be preferred.
