We work on behalf of a fantastic special school based in Bristol that are looking for a SEND Cover Teacher to provide cover across the school. The school look after students aged 6-16 that have a wide range of special needs and disabilities (SLD, PMLD, MLD, ASD, and Complex Needs).
The role of cover teacher is varied. You will be providing cover wherever necessary at the school on either a full-time or part-time basis. It is vital you are adaptable, confident, enthusiastic and a natural team player. Due to the needs of the students, it is also essential that you have worked with special needs and disabilities before, ideally in a special school setting. You would preferably hold a QTS.
