We work closely with a large number of special schools across Bristol that are on the lookout for SEN Teaching Assistants to join them on either a full-time or part-time basis. The schools cater to a range of SEND & SEMH environments that look after students aged 2-19.
The role of TA is varied but is heavily revolved around supporting the class teacher with whatever they need. You must be adaptable, patient, calm and used to working in a fast-paced environment. Due to the needs of the students, it is imperative that you have some form of SEN experience. If you come from a support work background (with special needs experience), please still apply!
