Full time 08:30-17:00 (term time) £26,000-£29,000. If you are looking to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment, Long Term Teachers is looking for a Resourcer to join an ever-growing team. You will be working directly with me. My name is Georgie and I am a Senior Managing Consultant here at LTT. I joined the team 18 months ago, and in just a short amount of time I have grown a cold desk to a thriving, successful one. However, as business grows, I need a partner to help expedite this growth into the stratosphere. You will be resourcing for candidates to work in schools across South Gloucester, Wiltshire, Somerset, and Bristol and Bath.
Main Responsibilities
- The role of a Resourcer is essential to the recruitment process.
- Along with writing adverts, you will screen candidates for suitability, interview, and create marketing.
- You will check in with candidates, answering any questions they have regarding compliance or the process.
- A successful candidate will be someone who is detail orientated, able to accurately input information and figures, work quickly and efficiently, and communicate effectively with myself and other members of the LTT team.
- As you will be speaking to candidates, it is vital that you are able to effectively communicate and show a high level of professionalism and empathy.
In addition to frequent development, you will have opportunities for company share options, awards for length of service, and reduced hours during school holidays.
