Although you will be responsible for leading the inclusion strategy, you will be supported by a committed and pupil centred inclusion team.

  • be an experienced teacher and leader
  • be able to reflect on your work and excel at innovating and creating new solutions
  • hold a SENDCo qualification or be willing to complete
