You might be an experienced TA or HLTA that feels ready for a step up and is comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. The role

The school we are looking for has an excellent reputation and strives to maintain a high expectation of behaviour. The role will entail you supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence. You need to have good communication skills, be highly flexible and enjoy working with children.
