SEMH Teaching Assistants are required for a special school catering to students with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs. Various full-time roles are available starting in September.
The school supports students aged 4-16 with a variety of special needs, primarily focused on SEMH. The team is supportive and dedicated to their work.
The roles include:
- Various gaps across year groups (Years 4, 5, 8, 9)
- General classroom support
- 1-1 support inside and outside of the classroom
It is essential to have some form of SEMH experience. Candidates must be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour and have a genuine interest in the well-being of young people.
