We are working on behalf of a lovely special school based in South Bristol that is looking for an educational leader who has a passion for supporting students' personal development and academic success. The school looks after a range of special needs and disabilities for ages 4-16. They are a vibrant school community that is going through an exciting period of growth at the moment.
The role is incredibly varied but will have a big focus on promoting positive behaviour and creating a learning environment that fosters engagement and achievement. You will work closely with staff, students, and families to implement effective strategies that support individual needs and contribute to the school’s wider goals. If you are an innovative and empathetic leader with a strong background in Behaviour and Learning, we encourage you to apply! Experience in a special school environment is preferential, but the school is open to a wide range of applications. Due to this role being a SLT position, it is essential that you have had some form of senior role experience within a school environment.
