I am working with a mainstream primary school in the SN25 area of Swindon who are seeking to appoint a qualified Year 3 Teacher for a fixed-term maternity position commencing after the October half-term.

The school is a two-form entry with a well-established senior leadership team.

The headteacher is looking for someone who can bring a 'spark' to the classroom.

The school placed a huge emphasis on making learning fun and accessible for everyone.

The ideal candidate will have a passionate teaching style while ensuring all students are participating and progressing.

The class has 27 students with one student requiring a 1:1 Teaching Assistant and one class support Teaching Assistant who will cover PPA and deliver small group phonics intervention sessions.

The headteacher described the school as a happy place with strong values at it's core.

Applicants will be shortlisted on the week commencing 7th October and interviews will take place the following week.

To be considered for this position, you must hold QTS and be eligible to work in the UK.
