Long Term Teachers are seeking a Early Years Practitioner to join a well established Primary School from January.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a warm, friendly and supportive working environment.

The Role

This opportunity is for someone with experience working within an EYFS setting.

Ideally someone with Level 2 or Level 3 CACHE/EYFS.

The Primary School follows the EYFS curriculum through a creative approach as they want their children to achieve their potential through confidence and challenges.

You will support the Nursery Room Leader by working with small groups and individual children to challenge their learning.

You will be expected to

  • Be enthusiastic and engage with the children.
  • Communicate clearly with the EY team.
  • Take responsibility for a range of activities; inside and outside of the classroom.
  • Have a clear understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Be passionate about the care and development of each individual.
  • Inspire and motivate children.
