- Enthusiastic about education and teaching – plan, deliver and mark lessons effectively, collaborating with teaching assistants.
- Effectively managing behaviour in the classroom and following the school's behaviour policies.
- Ensuring safeguarding of children.
- Confidently and flexibly meeting the diverse needs of students, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
About You:
- Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum.
- Be passionate about delivering engaging and high-quality lessons.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have over 2 years of applicable references.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident contributing to the school community.
- Availability for after school meetings, training days and school events.
