The Role

If successful, you will be working with small groups of children within a classroom setting who have varied learning needs. Working closely with the class teacher to understand their individual needs and challenges, you will be identifying ways of adapting individual and group work to engage these students.

You will be expected to:

  • Communicate with Class Teachers, SENCo and Parents.
  • Build strong and trustworthy relationships.
  • Put the pupil’s needs and interests first.
  • Adapt activities to meet their needs to ensure they are able to access their learning.
