The role is a fantastic opportunity for any teaching assistant or learning support assistant looking for a step up within schools in North Bristol. If you have experience working within a secondary school and are wanting an increase in pay and to progress your career, becoming a HLTA is the perfect opportunity. The role will entail collaborating with class teachers and other learning support staff to deliver pre-planned learning to students on a class basis. You will need to take the register, ensure all the children adhere to the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies, as well as engage them with the learning.
