Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are currently seeking passionate Teachers to fulfil day-to-day and long-term cover positions within local schools across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

The Role

These schools will be looking for someone with strong and adaptable classroom skills as you will be covering multiple year groups. The successful candidate will have routine day-to-day classroom responsibilities along with working with other teachers in the year to form a collaborative team.

You will be expected to:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to the school's expectations.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policy.
  • Work closely with school staff to cover effectively.
  • Mark work in line with the schools’ marking policies.
