Long Term Teachers are seeking a Toddlers Room Leader to join a Nursery in the BS3 area of Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a Level 3 EY/ChildCare studies to take on a leadership position. The Role
You will be expected to start as soon as possible on a 36 hour week contract. This is a lovely nursery to be a part of, this nursery is a growing nursery and with more children joining in January they are looking for more staff to join the team too. This opportunity is for someone with experience working within a Nursery setting and ideally someone who has experience managing or leading other members of staff.
- Lead and supervise the toddlers room team to ensure high-quality care and development for children.
- Plan and implement exciting activities to enhance the children’s physical, social and emotional development.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and development.
