Here at Long-Term Teachers, we work with a range of Primary Schools across Bristol and South Gloucestershire who are on the lookout for flexible candidates. The Role

  • We are looking for Teaching Assistants who have positive behaviour management skills, able to work on an ad-hoc basis covering absence, SEN support and Intervention support.
  • Long-Term Teachers are proud to put your preferences at the forefront of the opportunities available; there are chances of working within EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms.
  • Most positions are Full-Time TA positions, but we also have work on a Supply basis.
  • Have positive behaviour management techniques.
  • Communicate clearly with staff members.
  • Work closely with the Class Teacher to understand who to provide additional support to.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
  • Hold high expectations of the pupils' achievements.
  • Follow school safeguarding policies.
