Long Term Teachers is on the hunt for enthusiastic teaching assistants to join our team and help with in-class support for pupils in schools across Bristol. UK based experience working with children is essential for 1 to 1 and small group support.
£100 - £110 per day. Full time and flexible placements available.

In this role, you will support students in lessons, helping them manage their emotions, and encourage them to stay on track with their learning. Your in-class learning support will be an essential part of a student's academic journey; therefore, consistency, care, and dedication to helping young people should be your main priorities.
Your compassion, empathy, and patience will be your biggest strengths within this role. Leaning into a soft and understanding yet confident approach will be necessary. We need somebody who is not fazed by a challenge. If you see opportunity where others see difficulty, this is the role for you!
