Primary Full-Time Flexibility across year groups. Flexible working opportunity. BS3 Long-Term Teachers are working closely with a large 3 form entry Primary School in the BS3 area of Bristol. This school is looking for a Cover Teacher to join them on a full-time basis ASAP. This will be a role where you will cover absence, so you must be open to working across EYFS to Year 6 classrooms. This Primary school is part of a large Academy Trust across Bristol, giving you a great opportunity to learn and develop from a number of Teachers.

The Role

Working at this school will give you flexibility on availability to work but also the consistency working at one school. The Head Teacher is looking for someone with a great understanding of the Primary curriculum, someone who can deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt them if needed.

You will be expected to:

  • Pick up pre-planned lessons and deliver them to the school's expectations.
  • Follow their high expectations of behaviour policies.
  • Communicate clearly with other staff to ensure cover runs smoothly.
  • Be adaptable with lessons, ensuring everyone is able to access the learning.
