You might be an experienced TA or HLTA that feels ready for a step up and is comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. You may be an aspiring teacher who works with children currently and wants a chance to develop and learn; there is no better way than a cover supervisor to gain this invaluable experience. The role will entail supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence. You need to have good communication skills, be highly flexible, and enjoy working with children.
