You might be an experienced TA or HLTA that feels ready for a step up and is comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. You may be an aspiring teacher who works with children currently and wants a chance to develop and learn; there is no better way than a cover supervisor to gain this invaluable experience. If you are a resilient and confident individual, then this is the role for you. It is essential that you have some previous experience working with children, whether that be tutoring, coaching or TAing in schools.
