Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners in KS1? We are working with a welcoming infant school in Smethwick seeking a dedicated TA to deliver targeted interventions and provide in-class support, including working closely with high-need SEN pupils. This is a rewarding long-term opportunity to make a real impact during the crucial early stages of a child's education.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver small-group interventions in phonics, reading and maths
  • Provide general classroom support across KS1
  • Work 1:1 with high-need SEN pupils
  • Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
  • Support pupils' academic progress and emotional development
  • Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO
