Long Term Futures is seeking a flexible and committed Specialist Teaching Support practitioner to join a SEND setting in South Birmingham, working with both primary and secondary-aged pupils with Autism. This position involves providing 1:1 support; however, you will work with different pupils on a rotating basis rather than being assigned to one individual. This approach helps to promote independence and prevents over-reliance on a single member of staff.
