Long Term Futures is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Derby from September 2026.

You will support pupils with diverse needs, working alongside the class teacher and SENCo to tailor support for academic and social development.

The role involves 1:1 and small group work with pupils who have ASD, ADHD, and Speech & Language needs, fostering a calm, patient, and nurturing environment to help every child reach their full potential.
