Long Term Futures are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Birmingham from September 2026.

You will work in the SEN Resource Base, supporting pupils with diverse needs including autism and SLCN, while promoting dignity and independence.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, personal care where required, and collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families to maximise pupil progress in a structured, inclusive environment.
