Long Term Futures are recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a highly inclusive mainstream primary school in Radford, Coventry. You will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with Autism, SEMH and communication needs, delivering 1:1 and small group support in a calm, structured environment.
The role involves working with an experienced team, using visual strategies and collaboration with teachers and therapists to promote communication, independence and confidence in children.
