Long Term Futures is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in Barnet from September 2026.

The role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism and other learning needs, and adapting activities to meet individual targets.

You will work with teachers, therapists and other SEN professionals to implement EHCP targets in a structured, inclusive environment.
