Long Term Futures is hiring a SEMH-focused teaching assistant for a Waltham Forest secondary school.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH needs, aiding emotional regulation, engagement and wellbeing while applying effective behaviour strategies.

You'll collaborate with teachers, pastoral teams and SEN staff to support learners inside and outside the classroom, promoting attendance, inclusion and positive conduct across the school community.
