Long Term Futures is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a primary school’s on-site SEN Hub in Rugby.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and other needs across KS1/KS2, helping them access the curriculum with confidence.

You'll collaborate with the SENCO, teachers and welfare team to promote emotional regulation, positive behaviours and successful reintegration into mainstream classes, while maintaining safeguarding and a nurturing approach.
