Long Term Futures are seeking a compassionate 1:1 SEMH Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Rugby area from September 2026.
You will provide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils across Years 3–6 with SEMH needs, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to remove barriers to learning and build emotional resilience.
