Long Term Futures is seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional Special Educational Needs. This role focuses on supporting pupils with complex needs, including behavioural challenges, emotional regulation, and communication barriers within a supportive Richmond-based school. About the Role:
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN including ASD, SEMH, and communication needs
