Reception Teaching Assistant Location: Turves Green, B31 Pay Rate: £500 – £525 per week Start Date: ASAP Contract: Monday – Friday, long-term temp to perm.Long Term Futures are recruiting for a dedicated and proactive Reception Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Turves Green, Birmingham. This role will involve providing 1:1 support for a child with SEMH and behavioural needs, alongside delivering phonics interventions and supporting a whole classroom. This is a varied and rewarding long-term position that has an opportunity to turn permanent, ideal for someone confident working within Early Years, who can balance targeted support with whole class responsibilities.
