Pay: £108.68 - £115 per day

Long Term Futures is recruiting a resilient and compassionate Pastoral Mentor to join a supportive secondary school in Westminster. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with experience supporting young people with behavioural, social or emotional needs who is passionate about helping students make positive choices and succeed in education.

Working closely with the school's pastoral and behaviour teams, you will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to improve behaviour, attendance, engagement and emotional wellbeing. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with pupils, providing consistent guidance and helping them overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide targeted pastoral and behavioural support to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with pupils who require additional guidance and mentoring.
