Partner Teacher (BBBH1800) Haringey, England
Early Years Partner Teacher
Looking to start or develop your teaching career in Early Years with the support of another teacher alongside you?
Long Term Futures is recruiting an enthusiastic Early Years Partner Teacher for a primary school in Haringey. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT or developing teacher who wants genuine classroom responsibility while benefiting from a collaborative teaching environment.

- Collaborate closely on planning, teaching and assessment
- Deliver engaging, purposeful learning through play
- Plan strong continuous provision around children's interests and next steps
- Teach early phonics, literacy and maths
- Develop children's communication, language and vocabulary
- Use observations and assessment to inform future planning
- Differentiate learning for varying starting points and SEND
- Create a nurturing environment that develops independence and confidence
- Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and families
Who We're Looking For
- QTS required - ECTs are very welcome
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Confident planning engaging Early Years learning
- Good understanding of phonics and early language development
- Energetic, creative and enthusiastic about learning through play
- Comfortable collaborating closely with another teacher
