We are seeking a passionate and innovative Early Years Preschool Manager to lead an expanding EYFS setting attached to a Primary School in Oldbury, creating outstanding learning experiences that prepare children for a successful start to school.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the pre‑school provision.
- Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
- Create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.
- Support children’s development, progress and school readiness.
- Lead staff, manage ratios and ensure compliance with the EYFS Statutory Framework.
- Build strong partnerships with families, the parish and wider community.
- Support children with SEND, EHCPs and additional learning needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Studies (or equivalent).
- QTS, EYTS or EYPS qualification.
- Proven experience leading within an EYFS setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework.
- Passion for child development, inclusion and outstanding early years practice.
