Long Term Futures is recruiting a compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Oldbury.
This role provides dedicated 1:1 support for one or two pupils with SEN and EHCPs, helping them access learning and build confidence.
You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and staff to adapt activities, promote engagement and monitor progress.
