Long Term Futures is seeking a resilient Pastoral Mentor to join a Westminster secondary school to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

You will deliver targeted pastoral and behavioural support, build strong relationships and work with staff to implement behaviour strategies in a busy school setting.

The role is full-time long-term to permanent, starting September 2026 or ASAP, with pay of £108.68–£115 per day.
