Long Term Futures is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a specialist SEN school in Croydon, starting in November 2026. The role supports pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs, delivering targeted interventions and providing 1:1 support under the guidance of experienced SEN teachers.
You will lead small-group learning, adapt resources, monitor progress against EHCP targets, and work with therapists and support staff in a safeguarding-focused environment.
