This is a rare and exciting leadership opportunity to drive excellence within a highly respected setting supporting pupils with complex needs, including Autism (ASD), SEMH, and communication difficulties. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning, and maintaining a strong culture of inclusion, safeguarding, and high expectations. This role is ideal for an ambitious leader ready to make a lasting impact within a specialist education environment.
