Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming and inclusive Harrow primary school to recruit four SEN Teaching Assistants across KS1 and KS2 for September. The school is beginning the recruitment process early and will be running trial days throughout June, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants to secure a role well ahead of the new academic year.
About the Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support across KS1 or KS2
- Support pupils with ASD, ADHD and communication needs
- Help pupils remain engaged, regulated and confident within the classroom
- Deliver targeted interventions and adapted learning activities
- Support emotional regulation using calm and consistent approaches
- Encourage independence, positive behaviour and social interaction
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families
