Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a Further Education provider in Burton upon Trent to appoint an experienced Motor Vehicle Course Tutor on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, learner-centred department committed to developing the next generation of automotive technicians.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across Level 1, 2 and 3 Motor Vehicle programmes, supporting learners to achieve excellent outcomes in both practical and theoretical components, while also taking a lead role in course coordination and learner progress.
- Deliver engaging Motor Vehicle lessons across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 programmes
- Support course organisation, quality assurance processes, and curriculum development
If successful, you must be available to start ASAP or September 2026.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
Recent teaching experience within an FE setting is desirable, although industry professionals looking to move into education are encouraged to apply.
Experience delivering Motor Vehicle programmes up to Level 3 is desirable.
You should hold, or be willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths qualifications.
