Opportunities for extra-curricular activities that teach essential life skills to pupils.
Main Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored teaching and support using ABA, PECS, and other autism-focused approaches.

Work in a High Dependency Unit providing one-to-one support and small group interventions for children with autism and complex needs.

Support pupils with speech and language needs, sensory needs, and behavioural challenges in line with EHCP goals.

Actively participate in up to 35 specialist training courses during the first two weeks to enhance your skills and career development.

Collaborate as part of a professional SEN team, taking responsibility for your workload and contributing to the school’s positive, pupil-focused environment.
