Outstanding specialist primary school in Edgware, HA8 is recruiting multiple SEN Teachers for September 2026. The school supports pupils aged 3–11 with complex special educational needs, including Autism, communication needs, and severe learning difficulties.

As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Deliver personalised learning tailored to pupils' individual needs and EHCP outcomes
- Create a structured and engaging classroom environment
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and senior leaders
- Support pupils' communication, independence, and emotional development
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning profiles
- Contribute to annual reviews, target setting, and progress monitoring
- Promote positive behaviour through consistency, routine, and relationship-building
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Previous teaching experience within primary education
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND in either mainstream or specialist settings
- Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and inclusive practice
- Confident working with pupils with complex learning needs
- Personal care experience is advantageous but not essential
- Looking for a long-term role from September
